Bandon Golf Club
Bandon Golf Club is a well established and testing parkland course in the stunning Irish setting of this county and is about 2 km outside Bandon.
The golf course if full of natural hazards which makes it a very stimulating course, where you can enjoy an excellent round of golf.
Bandon Golf Club is set on the uneven slopes of the Bandon Valley and the course ambles around the ruins of the very old Castle Bernard.
Most of the holes here are very well guarded by water hazards and bunkers.
It was initially established in 1909 but was extended to 18 holes in the 1970's.
Bandon Golf Club is well known for its Golf Ecology unit. You can see a great selection of wildlife with the largest number of wildlife species in Ireland.
Any golfer can be sure of a pleasant game of golf in the welcoming and cordial atmosphere of the Bandon Golf Course.
There is a fantastic restaurant at the club which serves mouthwatering food and their friendly staff are always there to assist you.
