Bantry Bay Golf club
Bantry Bay Golf Club is one of the most impressive waterfront golf courses in the world and is located on the south of Ireland around 2km northwest of Bantry town.
This course is a spectacular golf course with some of the most amazing scenic beauty on the course and in the surrounding area.
Eddie Hackett and Christy O'Connor Jnr. designed the course which was established in 1975, and has been charming the golfers since then.
Fourteen holes overlook the coast and the scenery can change all the time, mostly depending on what time of the year you play here.
You will find a lot of variety of holes, from a par 3 of a mere 126 meters to a par 5 of 487 meters with some of the greens on two levels.
The course can give a tough time to the scratch golfer to achieve the Par 71, while the handicap golfer also has a chance to shine.
