Finnstown Golf Club

Finnstown Golf Club is situated a mile from Lucan, near Dublin, and has spectacular views of Dublin and the Wicklow Mountains. Finnstown is a comparatively new course but has a very old history.

It is a 9 hole parkland course with a number of difficult holes to tackle.

The golf course boasts of many intriguing holes but the best no doubt is the 9th which asks for a well hit iron into a little sloping green suspended beside a coppice of trees on the southern most point of the golf course.

Finnstown is one of the best Manor Houses in County Dublin and is a treat to visit. It is a hotel with superb facilities and the 9 hole course is a part of this beautiful facility and you can have a relaxing golfing holiday at the Finnstown Golf Course.

The decorative grounds were initially developed in the eighteenth century with a beautiful Norman Castle over the extensive countryside.
