Glencullen Golf Club

Glencullen Golf Club is located in the heart of golf land in the high Dublin Mountains. It is only overlooked by the Giants Grave which is the woodland on the left of the fifth fairway.

Des Smyth designed, Glencullen golf course and it is a very intriguing course which offers unbelievable views of The Dublin Mountains and the Bay.

It was established in 1997, and has come a long way since then.

An irritable opening par three is pursued by a couple of straightforward par fours and you can see yourself making a great start.

Nevertheless, once you reach the signature holes located at top of the course, you will just forget your score as the panoramic views around will be in control.

You will see some of the best views of the Dublin Bay. Right in front you will see the suburb that is the Dalkey / Killiney triangle.

You can enjoy the scenic beauty all the way through your game but you are forced into the real world as you make your way to the bottom of the course, there is only one thing to fear… water.

It can be a very easy finish to a great game as long as you can avoid the water.
