Castlegregory Golf Club

Castlegregory Golf Club is an excellent links course located between the picturesque Lough Gill and Brandon Bay at Stradbally which is about 18 miles west of Tralee.

The magnificent view of Mount Brandon adds to the ambience of the course.

You can enjoy a testing round of golf in a peaceful setting and the landscape of Castlegregory has been very well utilized to come up with such a brilliant course.

You start the round of golf with the first par 5 of 530 yards which even the long hitters would find a challenge to reach in two shots.

The short 9th can be said to be the most exciting at Castlegregory, where a pond has been particularly built in front of the green.

The course has given impetus to the breeding of Naterjack Toad, which is the common and much loved creature in the area.
