Ross Golf Club
Ross Golf Club is situated about 1/2 mile from Killarney town. It is a 9 hole course designed and constructed in the premises of the Killarney racecourse. One can play here almost all through the year except for the two weeks when the racecourse is used.
Ross Golf Club was designed by Roger Jones Golf Design to a high standard and a huge number of old trees have been incorporated in the layout.
There are a number of water hazards which have been added to the golf course at strategic places.
The smoky Blue Mountains in the backdrop add to the beauty of this golf club.
It is a comparatively new course and is just a few minutes walk from the town center.
The golfers can enjoy the spectacular view of mountains, lakes, forest with the Ross Castle, and Flesk River beside it.
The course has a very serene and tranquil ambience.
Ross Golf Club has a clubhouse with all the basic facilities. The club also boasts of some of the top world class golfing amenities.
