Callan Golf Club
Callan Golf Club designed by B Moore, is a very old course which can be traced back to as far as 1929. It has a long and proud tradition of a place which is forthcoming and welcoming to all golfers and visitors.
With the passing of years the course has matured from a 12 hole to a excellent 18 hole parkland course.
This is a course which is fairly straight forward with out many dog legs or turns, which is laid out on a spacious parkland landscape.
It is most important for the clubs committee and green keepers to make sure that the Callan Golf Course continues to hold on to the highest of standard.
They take great pride in fact that Callan Golf Club is maintained impeccably, which includes its facilities. It welcomes visiting societies, groups and individual visitors.
The clubhouse is still much younger in comparison, as it was built only in 1994 and offers all the basic facilities available to golfers.
