Castleroy Golf Club

Castleroy Golf Club is a parkland course situated about three miles from Limerick on the N7 to Dublin. It's an 18-hole course which is famous for its excellent condition.

You need to be able to hit the balls straight as most of the fairways are lined by big trees and you could find yourself amongst the woods and a tricky second.

Ireland Golf Courses

It was redesigned in 2006 under the vigilant directions of Eddie Connaughton and Castletroy was voted as one of Ireland's top 100 golf courses.

The golf course is an exceptional test from beginning to the end and as seen in many good courses, the concluding stretch become more challenging.

The course is around 6348 yards and plays to a par of 71.

A distinguishing attribute of the golf course is the ascending par four twelfth, that doglegs into the right on a fairway which is a plateau at the top.

This will take you to the beautiful sloping green where you can be sure that your putting skills will be put to a test.
