County Louth Golf Courses

County Louth is also known as the 'wee county' and only occupies an area of 317 square miles.

It runs Northwards from the River Boyne to the spectacular scenery around Carlingford Lough which comprises of lush undulating country with a shoreline encompassing broad sandy bays and some rocky peninsula.

Many important events of Irish history have been enacted here and this is illustrated by the copious archaeological locations and ruins from history.

Louth has some industrial towns like Drogheda and Dundalk and also quiet fishing villages.

Carlingford is an attractive fishing village and the Oyster capital of Ireland, which hosts the oyster festival every year in August attracting a large number of people.
