Headfort Golf Club

Headfort Golf Club is one of the premium parkland courses in Ireland with two courses the old and the new. It is located about 50 km from Dublin City and Airport, just before the town of Kells.

It was founded in 1928 and was improved further in 2000 by adding the New Course. Christy O'Conor Jnr has designed a course making the best use of water and the stunning natural features including the Asiatic trees which adorn the landscape.

The Course crosses across River Blackwater and is designed on two islands. It is a 6,515 meters course playing par 73 and is ranked as one of the Top Ten Irish Courses.

The New Course has some of the finest Par 3's in the Country.

The panoramic ambience of the golf course is stunning. The courses are demanding and on some holes pinpoint accuracy is called for.

In short Headfort is a golfing experience to equal the best in Ireland.
