Cahir Park Golf Club

Cahir Park Golf Club is located about a mile from Cahir on the Clogheen road and is built on superb parkland terrain that was once part of the estate of Lord Cahir.

It was established in 1969 and has been an 18 hole course since 1995.

This picturesque course is separated by the meandering River Suir.

This Eddie Hackett designed parkland course has magnificent trees, streams and lakes to add to the challenge and makes the golfing experience memorable.

You will find the River Suir coming to play on two holes. In fact seven holes on this course have imposing water features which make the game more testing.

Long hitters need to play their shots carefully here as the golf course has trees in abundance.

Streams and lakes all along the course humble the ruthless and overzealous golfers. According to most golfers the 7th is the signature hole of the course.

Cahir Golf Club clubhouse offers excellent facilities and all your requirements will be fulfilled after your round of golf..
