Templemore Golf Club
Templemore Golf Club is located about a quarter of a mile south of the town of Roscrea. It is a nine hole parkland course with spectacular panorama of Devil's Bit Mountain in the backdrop.
The club was established in 1970 and has been designed on an attractive parkland territory.
You will encounter a different level of difficulty at every hole on the course. The holes when combined together offer a remarkable challenge to all golfers. It is a wonderful course especially for the amateur golfers as they get an opportunity to prove themselves.
The club welcomes the visiting golfer and he can enjoy a serene and tranquil round of golf amongst the pleasant panorama of the surroundings countryside.
You start with a difficult par 4 of 385 meters length and finish with a demanding par 5 last hole which is 452 meters in length.
Templemore Golf Club have a double storied new clubhouse constructed in 1999 with men’s and ladies locker rooms downstairs, and the bar and function rooms upstairs providing a breathtaking view of the course.
