Vila Gale Albacora Hotel
The Vila Gale Albacora Hotel is converted from an original self contained fishing village located in a stunning position within the Ria Formosa Natural Park between Faro and the Spanish border.
A short drive from Albacora you are at the nearby fishing town of Tavira a traditional unspoilt town with a busy fishing harbour. Along the waterfront there are many inexpensive bars and restaurants which offer fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
There are 162 air conditioned, comfortable rooms in this Hotel village all with satellite TV, mini bar and a terrace with views of the area.
Despite not being a big hotel or located in a major resort the Vila Gale Albacora is a great location for Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima, Benamor and Castro Marim golf courses or even across the border to Costa de la Luz.
