Aberdeenshire Golf Courses

Aberdeenshire protrudes Eastwards into the North Sea and encompasses the coastal lowlands in the Northern part of Scotland.

The Grampian Mountains lie in the west of the county. As it is positioned in the shadow of the Grampians the climate hare is very dry and warm in comparison.

You can see a number of stone circles and round cairns which are the remnants of the historical past of the county.

There are some earthen houses and huge stone hill forts from the Iron Age.

Some of the challenging Golf courses in Aberdeenshire are the Stonehaven Golf Club and Aboyne golf Club.
