Midlothian is considered as the senior county of Scotland because the capital of the country Edinburgh is here.

This is the spot of “the Heart of Midlothian” and it can be seen manifested in stones.

Roslin or also called the Rosslyn Chapel, is an elaborately carved building which has been mentioned in a number of legends is located at Midlothian.

According to the legend it is the secret hiding places of many holy relics.

While its share of medieval castles, beautiful landscape, history and golf courses like Brandermill Country Club and Kings Acre Golf Course, it is a place worth visiting.
