Peebleshire Golf Courses

Peeblesshire is a county in the South of Scotland.

The landscape here is hilly and often illustrated as "an upland county with an average height above sea-level probably greater than any other county in Britain".

Peeblesshire has lovely valleys where you can go for long walks. The diverse environment of the county is very popular not only with people but you can also find an abundance of wildlife here.

One of the best salmon rivers in Europe, River Tweed, meanders through the county. It is an amazing place for fishing as well as relaxation. The remnants of hill forts along the burgh point of civilization in the early Iron Age.

Golfers can enjoy a relaxing round in some of the brilliant golf courses of the area like Cadrona Country Club and Peebles Golf Club at Peeblesshire.
