Torrequebrada Golf Course
Torrequebrada Golf Course is considered one of the best courses in Europe hosting several top tournaments including the Spanish open in 1979. Its steep terrain, water and sand hazards make it a great challenge.
Torrequebrada is designed by Jose 'Pepe' Gancedo (one of Spains most promising amateurs and who has designed courses in Europe and America) and features several outstanding holes using the contours of the region.
The fairways are well manicured and lined by over 100 species of trees, with numerous bunkers and water hazards strategically placed and eight doglegs, accuracy of the tee is a must.
Located 3km inland this course has stunning views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea and from the clubhouse’s terrace restaurant and bar, you can enjoy the view of the 18th hole as well.
Torrequebrada Golf Course have invested a large amount of finance on improving the course and the club facilities. A completely new installation of an irrigation system on the course along with new Caddymaster and Pro Shop, thus creating an even higher level of Golf club, expected by all visiting golfers.

Torrequebrada Golfer Reviews
Play this every year. Although it is a good course it is never one of our favourites. Having said that, it is the closest to Benalmadena and i had a fantastic score.

Torrequebrada is an enjoyable course with some testing holes especially the doglegs, such as the 8th and 10th, It is a tight course but can be enjoyed by golfers of all levels.
