There is so much more to the Costa del Sol, Spain, than the wonderfully challenging golf courses.

Here is some general information on how to enjoy your days and of course your nights, on the Costa del Sol.

The Beach Life.

Costa del Sol has miles of sandy beaches to relax and recharge your batteries on non golfing days. With numerous Chiringuitos, (beach restaurants) to choose from for a tapas snack, a seafood meal or just a chilled out beer or sangria the beach life is a great life.

Adventures activities

If after your round of golf, relaxing is not on your mind there are many more activities to participate in. Sungolfer is happy to assist you in arranging quad biking or horse riding in the mountains or scuba diving and jetskiing along the coast.

Shops and shops

From the large shopping arcades of Puerto Banus, Marbella and Fuengirola, with all the designer and brand stores, to the smaller markets of La Cala and Mijas Village, with local produce or craft work, there are shops for everyone. Of course all the main towns have every shop you need but remember everything shuts from around 2.00 to 5.00 for the siesta.

Nightlife

As you would expect there is a wide and varied nightlife along the coast and I am sure where ever you stay you won`t be far away. There are restaurants of all cuisines for all budgets and the bars and night clubs to follow. The main areas, where the nights can go on until early in the morning are Benalmadena Marina, Central Fuengirola and the world famous Puerto Banus.
