The Front 9 Holes of Los Lagos Golf Course

Hole 1: A dogleg to the left par 5 to start the round and middle to right is the best position on every shot. There is a bunker left and right at the fairway turn and bunkers on the right side of the green. There is also a small bunker in the front.

Hole 2: This is a 143 meter par 3 which has a long bunker on the right, two small bunkers left and a bank at the back of the green.

Hole 3: There is out of bounds on the left and two large fairway bunkers left and right, with the fairway narrow. Safest is to play short of the bunkers. The green is tricky and has 4 bunkers protecting it.

Hole 4: Long par 4 dogleg to the right. Big hitters can clear the corner otherwise middle is the safe shot from the tee. There is barranco right of the green then the lake. The green has four bunkers protecting.

Hole 5: An interesting straight par 5 with a large bunker catching any tee shots to the left. From half way up the fairway to the green is a large lake on the right. The green has a bunker left back and is long and narrow.

Hole 6: Slight dogleg to the right with the lake at the beginning and then two bunkers left and right of the fairway. The green is made tricky with the surrounding bunkers. Watch out on the approach shot.

Hole 7: The lakes are along the left of this slight dogleg left. A bunker catches pushed tee shots on the right and play down the middle for your tee shot only over the lakes for a big hitter. The green is on two levels and has a bunker at the front.

Hole 8: Long par 3 of 200 meters with water at the beginning and down the left. Bunkers are to the right side of the green so only straight will do.

Hole 9: A dogleg to the left. Keep the tee shot down the middle of this uphill hole. There are many bunkers left, right and around the green.

Hole 13: A straight par 5 with water coming in to play on the left of the green and a bunker behind to remember as well.

Hole 14: A short par 4 dogleg with a big bunker on the left and rough before the green. Tee shot is best down the middle to right for an approach shot to a small green with four bunkers.

Hole 15: 167 meter par 3 with bunkers both sides, trees to the right and a fast green.

Hole 16: Tee shot down the left for the best approach to the green. This hole is a slight dog leg to the right and has bunkers right of the green and one in front.

Hole 17: Tee shot down the middle to stay away from trouble on the left and a bunker on the right.

Hole 18: The fairway slopes to the left and the trees. There is a fairway bunker on the right to catch pushed tee shots. The green has a couple of big bunkers protecting it.
