The front 9 Holes of Andratx Golf Course

Hole 1: This a straight par 4 328m from the yellow tees with trees down the right side and a small bunker and stone wall in front of the green.

Hole 2: A par 3 where accuracy and club selection is important. There is trouble all around the green with the land sloping away and two bunkers.

Hole 3: A short par 4 dogleg to the right where there are bunkers awaiting the golfer who cuts the corner to fine. The ground slopes away by the green making the direct shot unless perfect not the way to go.

Hole 4: A par 3 hole where a lake must be cleared and a small green is protected by three bunkers front left. Also there is out of bounds to the right hand side.

Hole 5: This is a par 5 where two well stroke woods will reach if you avoid the bunkers around the green. Or two shots and a chip for a birdie chance.

Hole 6: A harder par 5 than the hole before where you want to keep the drive to the left side of the fairway. This will make the second shot easier through trees either side to a plateau for the approach shot up hill. There is water running to the left and the green has a large bunker and a slope protecting the front.

Hole 7: This is 229m par 4 which can be reached from the tee although there is a wall before and behind the green. Play short and chip close is the safe way.

Hole 8: The tee shot is downhill to a tight fairway which slopes all the way to the small lake on the right of the green. Try to stay as left as possible.

Hole 9: Short par 3 over a lake onto a small green with trouble around and tricky slopes to contend with.

The back 9 Holes of Andratx Golf Course

Hole 10: A dogleg to the right where a tee shot middle to right will open up the view to the green. There is a small lake on the left corner and trouble all the way down the right. The bunker has slope down on the left and a deep bunker to the right.

Hole 11: Another tough tee shot to a narrow fairway that slopes away to the right. The green also slopes away to the back.

Hole 12: Another short par 4 with a slight dogleg to the right. This is the highest point of the Golf Course.

Hole 13: There is a water stream to cross at about 200m. So long or short is the choice to make. If short there is about 160m to play to a two tiered green surrounded by bunkers. The water is all down the right hand side.

Hole 14: A dogleg to the right where a second chip shot to a green at the top of a slope.

Hole 15: Downhill par 3 with bunkers arrayed along the right of the green and out of bounds left and right. Right club and right shot needed.

Hole 16: Out of bounds continues on this hole left and right. The fairway is tight and the second shot is to a bunker protected green and a lake front right.

Hole 17: Out of bounds still on the left. This is an uphill dogleg to the left. The tee shot is middle to right in order to open up the long and narrow green.

Hole 18: A difficult and dramatic last hole. It is a sharp dogleg to the left with water all along the left after the turn and in front of the green. Two good shots and you can reach the bunker surrounded green after carrying the water.
