Altorreal Golf Course

Altorreal Golf Course has changed the area it was designed and built on into a beautiful green natural area close to Murcia.

Altorreal Golf Course is one of the older courses of this region, it was opened in 1994 and is a semi private championship course.

Altorreal was designed by Dave Thomas who has transformed this area of Murcia with two nine holes, curved in their design, so that they start and end at the same point. There is a beautiful combination of hilly and flat holes and a large presence of a variety of trees including carob, olive and pine.

The course is an interesting course that can be a tricky challenge but also enjoyed by golfers of all levels. There are six lakes through out the course which are the hardest to negotiate on the 9th and 18th holes.

Altorreal Club House is a lovely place to enjoy your after round drinks and the restaurant and café-bar can offer a snack or a three course meal.
